Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. For your convenience we ship via USPS.
The shipping fees are as follows:
Within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii, we charge a flat rate of $2.95 for USPS Priority Mail including Delivery Confirmation
TYPICALLY YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN 2-3 DAYS WITH USPS PRIORITY MAIL.
Expedited Delivery
If you require expedited delivery, we also offer shipping via USPS Express Mail. Please contact us to confirm if next day delivery service is available to your area.

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
We will ship our in stock products internationally, but reserve the right to not ship to certain countries.

Currently, we accept payment through PayPal.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund, as long as it is post-marked within 15 days of the original shipping date. Returns will only be accepted with a valid Return Authorization Number. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and clearly print your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box.
Items must be in their original condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In the event of an exchange, additional shipping charges will be applied.
*NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is traceable, (UPS or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.

SALES TAX
All orders for Florida residents will be subject to 7% sales tax.
FABRICS AND CARE OF OUR PRODUCTS
All of our collars, leashes, and bandanas are handmade from either 100% cotton or poly/cotton blend fabrics. Fabrics are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. Due to the fact that our products are made of fabric, they will get dirty. The good news is that all of our fabric products are machine washable as well as dryable. Once your pet’s collar, leash, or bandana starts to look a little dingy, just put it in the wash and it will come out looking brand new again. However, it is recommended to air or line dry to ensure optimum maintenance of the designs. Machine drying may tend to fade the prints.
DESIGN AVAILABILITY
Due to the fact that all of our products are handmade, there will always be a limited number of products available in any certain design. When our materials run out, much of the time it is impossible to get any more of them for some time, if ever. Some of our collars do not have coordinating leashes as the fabric print would not coordinate appropriately. We cannot guarantee that any design will remain in stock.
