Pupperazi is a small business operated out of Florida and at this point, almost completely by me - with the help of a few good friends. I currently have six wonderful dogs almost all of whom are rescues. I had seven, but lost one last year to cancer. I spent many years working as a groomer and operating two different shops. In both shops, I sold products that I made myself and enjoyed success with it, but always focused on grooming for my living.
Two years ago I had to give up the grooming and the clients' dogs I had come to love as my own. I have missed the creativity and the interaction with dogs other than my own. I decided that I needed to get back to the pet industry that I love and belong in.
This is my new endeavor. I love creating beautiful and comfortable things for pets to wear and show off in. I take great pride in making each one just so. I consider my work to be artful and since there is just me, I can only make so many things at a time. That's why there are limited supplies of each and every thing that I make. This is not a big chain focusing on quantity over quality. I want to make things that I would want to buy. I have shopped many times for my guys only to be disappointed in my choices. I hope that you find something special here. Thanks for stopping by!
Currently available online exclusively here, locally at charity pet events, and in just a few retail stores on the west coast.
Not only do I believe in creating wonderfully fun and original wearable art for pets, but I also believe strongly in pet rescue, pet adoption, and humane laws protecting all animals. We will donate 5% of all proceeds directly to organizations that work to combat the nightmare of puppy mills. The two main recipients currently will be the Humane Society's campaign to stop puppy mills as well as the Main Line Animal Rescue's programs that work daily to save dogs that are no longer wanted by their puppy mill owners due to the fact that they can no longer breed. Every time that we are out in the public eye promoting ourselves and every time that I ship out product, I will also be promoting awareness of the puppy mill problem in this country and what we can all do about it. We will include materials in every shipment to help spread the word and hopefully, make a difference. If you don't know about the horrors of puppy mills, please educate yourself through one of these links. Most importantly, don't buy puppies from stores that get them from puppy mills (which basically means all stores) or through the internet unless you visit the breeder yourself and can see with your own eyes that the animals are well cared for.
